What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Local Delivery Charges are waived off for purchases above $150. Unfortunately, if your item is too bulky or hazardous to be shipped, only Pickup service will be provided.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We offer various payment methods. Paypal , Bank Transfer and Cash on Pickup are offered.

Why are there additional charges for credit card payment ?

Primero Racing prides itself in offering the best prices for our customers. Hence, we operate on low margins to provide the best value for customers. Credit Card payment gateways charge a hefty surcharge hence we are unable to absorb these charges and have to pass them on to you. If bank transfer or local pickup is an option for you, you can utilize them and no surcharges will be charged to you.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery time within Singapore would take approximately 3-5 working days based on stock situation. International delivery time will defer greatly depending on the location, please contact us directly for an estimate.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After the order has been placed, our staff will begin to pick and pack the products. After which, if it was scheduled for delivery we will make those arrangements. If it was a local pickup, we will give you a call to inform you that it is ready for collection.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. Every order will have an invoice generated and provided within the package. You can always download the invoice again from your Account page.
